Baldwin Fire Dept. Mission Statement The mission of the City of Baldwin Fire Department is to provide a range of programs and services designed to protect the lives and property of the citizens of the City of Baldwin from the adverse effects of fires, sudden medical emergencies, or exposure to dangerous conditions created by either man or nature, and to provide these services in a safe and efficient manner. The department provides public fire education, inspection, investigation, suppression, Haz-Mat and rescue services. The department consists of 6 paid firefighters that work a 24 on 48 off rotation, and 16 volunteers. The Fire Chief works 8-5 Monday-Friday and is on call at all times. |
The mission of the City of Baldwin Police Department is to maintain peace and order by providing high quality police services that are responsive to the needs of the citizens of the City of Baldwin, We protect life and property by apprehending those who commit criminal acts, by developing partnerships to prevent, reduce, or eliminate neighborhood problems, and by providing police services that are fair, professional, and respectful of the dignity of all citizens of Baldwin.
