To apply for service, please download and complete the Water/Sewer Utility Application Form, then submit the information at Baldwin City Hall. You will also need to bring a valid driver’s license and/or another form of valid picture identification such as a passport, military identification card or similar document.
All new residential applicants will need to make a security deposit of $100 which will be refunded when you disconnect service with Baldwin. However, all water/sewer service debts with Baldwin have been satisfied prior to the issuance of any refund. If you owe a final bill, it must be paid in full or it will be from your security deposit.
