Community Rentals
The City of Baldwin offers free rental of city spaces to residents. Non-residents are welcome to rent city spaces with a fee associated. Spaces available include:
The City Hall Community Room, Mitchell Gailey City Park Pavillion, Farmers' Market and Downtown City Park.
How do I rent the Community Room?
To rent our Community Room, please visit Baldwin City Hall.
Please bring a valid ID and payment at time of booking. The City of Baldwin accepts cash, check, and card, with a 4% service fee for all card transactions.
Mitchell Gailey Park Pavillion
The Mitchell Gailey Park Pavillion is available any day, with the exception of holidays.
Rental is free for residents inside the incorporate city limits of Baldwin.
There is a $50.00 rental fee for all other reservations.
Rentals MUST be made at Baldwin City Hall. A valid ID is required.
